1. Service Agreement (Terms & Conditions)
By booking a service with Coastal Web Designer, you agree to the following terms: All deposits, including the initial $150 consultation fee, and subsequent payments are strictly non-refundable. This fee secures your project window and covers initial strategy labor.

Project Timelines: We strive for prompt delivery within the estimated 4–8 week window. To maintain this schedule, clients must provide necessary information and approvals in a timely manner. Delays caused by the client that exceed the projected deadline may result in an additional fee of $80 per hour.
Intellectual Property: Upon final payment, ownership of the completed website and custom branded assets is transferred to the client. Coastal Web Designer retains the right to use project visuals for portfolio and marketing purposes.

2. Privacy Policy
"At Coastal Web Designer, your privacy is a priority. We collect personal information—such as your name, email address, and payment details—strictly to provide our services and process transactions.
Data Usage: Your information is used for communication, project management, and occasional marketing updates if you have opted-in via our 'Design or Delegate?' quiz.
Third-Party Security: We use secure, industry-standard platforms (such as Wix and integrated payment processors) to host our site and manage transactions. We do not sell or share your personal data with outside parties for their own marketing purposes."

3. Landing Page Rental Addendum
"The Landing Page Rental service is a 'digital real estate' agreement. Payment of the monthly rental fee grants the client the right to host content on a specific URL under the coastalwebdesigner.com domain.
Ownership: This agreement does not grant the client ownership of the domain, the underlying website architecture, or the site’s hosting account.
Content Standards: Coastal Web Designer reserves the right to terminate any rental agreement and remove content that is illegal, misleading, or deemed harmful to the domain’s reputation.
Liability: Coastal Web Designer is not liable for any loss of revenue or business resulting from third-party hosting outages or technical maintenance."
4. Earnings & Results Disclaimer
"The strategies and training provided in Courses like 'The Content Catalyst' are based on professional experience and industry best practices. However, Coastal Web Designer cannot and does not guarantee specific financial results, follower growth, or business success.
Your results will depend on your unique business model, the effort you put into the strategy, and external market factors. All educational materials are provided for informational purposes only.
